Your responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality.

• Conduct manual and automated testing to identify and document defects and issues.

• Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and provide testing input.

• Analyze test results and communicate findings to stakeholders, including development and product teams.

• Maintain and update testing documentation, including test cases, defect reports, and testing metrics.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide testing insights during the development process.

• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in software testing, including manual and automated testing.

• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).

• Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes is a plus.
