Your responsibilities

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster a positive online environment.

 

• Monitor and respond to user inquiries, comments, and feedback across various platforms.

• Identify and cultivate relationships with key community members and influencers.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in community management.

Required Qualifications

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in community management or social media management.

 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and community engagement strategies.

 

• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

 

• Experience with content creation and basic graphic design skills are a plus.

 

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse audiences.

 

• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
